Qualifications

  • Testing: Plan, execute, and oversee product testing
  • Analyzing: Analyze data, identify trends, and investigate product issues
  • Reporting: Document and report quality levels, including KPIs
  • Improving: Develop and implement standards for inspection, and work to improve products
  • Training: Train other quality assurance team members
  • Communicating: Communicate with other team members and management to resolve issues
  • Following up: Follow up with appropriate channels when mistakes are found

Education

Minimum:
GED
High School Diploma
